Cottage Pie

About 600g Minced Beef

4 large Potato's or enough to cover the beed in a caserole dish!

1 clove of Garlic

1 Onion

Optional herbs

Knob of butter

Milk

Seasoning

Boil the potato's for 20 minutes until soft and then add the seasoning when mashing into a smooth mixture.

Fry the mince until golden brown while adding the onion, garlic and herbs.

When the mince is cooked place into a casserole dish and cover with the mashed potato.

Cover the top of the mash with milk, butter or cheese and cook until the mash is close to golden.
